Being the second time in 2 months that the President came to Texas, but didn't have time for Perry, the WH has decided to offer a compromise. How about Napolitano? I know the president can't meet every leader who has complaints about some issue, but one would think a Governor would have the privilege.  If he was running against a Republican, it appears that talk time, dinner, and even a fund raiser or two would be likely.
